We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit our audit request form, we collect:

Your company name
Your phone number
Your email address
Any consent selections you make on the form

Our website does not require an account, and we do not ask for payment details through this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

Respond to your request and schedule your marketing audit
Follow up about the services you asked about
Send appointment reminders and service updates, if you consented to them
Send marketing messages, if you separately consented to those

Text messaging

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Service providers

We use third-party tools to run our business, and some of them process your information on our behalf. These include our customer relationship and messaging platform (HighLevel), our website host (Netlify), and email and calendar providers. These providers are permitted to use your information only to deliver services to us.

We may also use advertising and analytics platforms, such as Google and Meta, which may set cookies or similar technologies when you visit our site.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent for third-party marketing.
We do not use the information you give us for anything other than the purposes described above.

Data retention

We keep contact information for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email riggs@leorieleads.com and we will handle the request. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and from texts by replying STOP.

Children

Our services are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
